Refund Policy

Hello Beauties!

For the health & safety of Gold Soul Beauty Supply and its patrons, all sales are final. No returns will be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the rare event you receive an item under these conditions, we have a 15-day store credit policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request store credit.

To start a claim, you can contact us at info@goldsoulbeauty.com If your claim is accepted, we’ll issue store credit in the amount of the affected item less the tax & shipping.

Shipping Times

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2PM EST are shipped same day. Orders placed Saturday & Sunday are shipped Monday by 2PM.
